Community Fridges
A network of community fridges with free food for allNBK Fridges supports a network of public refrigerators, free and open to all, stocked with donations by neighbors, local businesses, and community partners. Free fridges help get more food into the hands of people who need it and reduce food waste.

- Cooper Park Houses (76 Kingsland Ave.) Open 24/7
- Music Hall of Williamsburg (66 N 6th St.) Open 24/7
- Greenpoint Library (107 Norman Ave.) Open during library hours
- Leonard Library (81 Devoe St.) Open during library hours
Volunteer Roles
- Check-in, clean, and care for the fridges on a regular basis
- Shop to re-stock fridges (can be reimbursed by NBkMA)
- Admin logistics, like creating volunteer schedules and onboarding
- Collaborate on social media and design
- Support outreach with fridge partners (existing and new) and local businesses
